Sober is Sexy
Demi Lovato is one of my favorite celebrities! Besides being drop dead gorgeous, the former Disney star has battled addiction, and always has something positive to say about it.
I’m not gonna lie, I love a good margarita every now and then, but I have always been a firm believer that you do not need a substance to have a good time. In my opinion, there is nothing more GLAM than staying sober once conquering addiction.
I recently wrote a story about Miss Lovato for a fantastic recovery website called The Fix. This site features news, investigative reports, celebrity interviews, and articles on health, science and sober living. My favorite quote from Demi in the story was: “‘Sober Is Sexy’ is my new motto, and it couldn’t be more true! All you need to have fun in life is a great attitude and good friends.
