Billboard Music Awards Fashion
White, pastels, glitter and lace- there were plenty of trends to be seen at the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday. The red carpet was full of music’s hottest stars who were encouraged to be more “adventurous” at this type of award show. While Taylor Swift played it safe as usual, there were plenty of stars who took risks and pushed some fashion boundaries- even if some were not so great.
My two favorites were Carrie Underwood and Miley Cyrus for two completely different reasons: Carrie looked and a princess, and Miley took a risk, and though many disagree, I think she looked great!

Hottest Shorts For Summer
Spring is here, and summer is right around the corner…which means it’s time to start buying some shorts! I personally love wearing shorts when the weather is warm, and think there is no better way to stay cool than with a pair of daisy dukes!
Colored denim shorts are all the rage this year, as are pattern shorts, traditional denim, dip dyed shorts, and even lace!

H&M Dresses For Spring
It’s already April and spring is in full bloom! I must admit, I have a love/hate relationship with this time of year. On one hand, I despise the massive pollen, bugs, and birds that won’t stop chirping. On the other hand, I love the longer days, the bbq’s, and the fact that I can now order ice coffee with out freezing to death. But most importantly, I love that it’s time to wear dresses!
I am a huge fan of H&M, and right now they have some great dresses that I just can’t pass up! The hot trends for dresses this spring are: lots of lace, floral print (think island flowers- the bigger the better), neon colors (for those who like to stand out), stripes, and of course maxi dresses.
